**Glow Events Decoration & Rentals - Terms and Conditions**

**1. Agreement Acceptance**
By engaging with Glow Events Decoration & Rentals, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern the provision of events decoration, planning, and rental services.

**2. Services Offered**
Glow Events Decoration & Rentals offers a range of services including event decoration, planning, and equipment rentals. Specific services will be detailed in a mutually agreed-upon contract.

**3. Booking and Payment**
There is no application fee, no deposit required to book our service. However, full payment is due prior to the event date. Payments can be made through approved methods as indicated by Glow Events Decoration & Rentals including but not limited to Zelle, Cash App.

**4. Cancellation and Refunds**
There will be full refund upon cancellation. However, cancellation within a certain timeframe may incur additional charges. Refund policies will be outlined in the contract.

**5. Changes to Services**
Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated in writing and approved by Glow Events Decoration & Rentals. Changes may result in adjustments to pricing and availability.

**6. Equipment Rentals**
a. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damages or losses are the responsibility of the client and will be billed accordingly.
b. Rental items are for the agreed-upon event duration. Late returns may incur additional charges.
c. Setup and teardown of rental items will be managed by Glow Events Decoration & Rentals, unless otherwise agreed upon.

**7. Liability and Insurance**
Glow Events Decoration & Rentals is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event, including those related to the use of rented equipment. Clients are advised to obtain suitable insurance coverage for their event.

**8. Venue and Permissions**
It is the client's responsibility to secure all necessary permits, permissions, and approvals from event venues unless otherwise agreed upon. Glow Events Decoration & Rentals is not liable for any issues arising from the lack of proper documentation on client side.

**9. Client Responsibilities**
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timely payments, and clear communication. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Glow Events Decoration & Rentals.

**10. Force Majeure**
Glow Events Decoration & Rentals shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, and unforeseen emergencies.

**11. Intellectual Property**
Any designs, concepts, or creative materials produced by Glow Events Decoration & Rentals remain the intellectual property of Glow Events Decoration & Rentals unless explicitly transferred in writing to the client.

**12. Confidentiality**
Both parties agree to treat all information shared during the course of collaboration as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

**13. Dispute Resolution**
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If resolution is not reached, legal action may be pursued according to the laws of the jurisdiction indicated in the contract.

**14. Governing Law**
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction indicated in the contract.

By engaging with Glow Events Decoration & Rentals, you agree to the above terms and conditions. These terms may be updated by Glow Events Decoration & Rentals as needed, with clients being notified of any changes in advance.
