Event Planning Refund and Return Policy:
At Glow Events Decoration & Rentals, we understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing flexibility and transparency when it comes to our event planning services. If you need to cancel or reschedule an event planning service, we kindly request that you notify us as early as possible. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and while this deposit is non-refundable, we are more than happy to work with you to reschedule your event to a suitable date within a reasonable timeframe. Please keep in mind that any costs incurred for preparations, consultations, and arrangements made up to the cancellation will be deducted from the deposit. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and preferences to the best of our ability.
Rentals Refund and Return Policy:
Our goal at Glow Events Decoration & Rentals is to provide you with top-quality rental items that enhance your event experience. If you decide to make changes to your rental order, please inform us as soon as possible. While rental payments are non-refundable, we offer the flexibility to modify your order up to a certain period before the event date, subject to availability. In the rare instance that an item is found to be damaged or unsuitable for use upon delivery, please let us know immediately, and we will work swiftly to replace the item or provide an appropriate solution. We take pride in the condition of our rental items, and we ensure they are well-maintained and thoroughly inspected before delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to address any concerns you may have regarding your rental experience with us.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address where it was shipped from.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
